Louisa behind Louisa’s Rare Wines

Louisa Bolm is actually a surgeon-scientist. However, her passion for wine, tasting and winemaking has led her to complete multiple sommelier certificates. She completed the French Wine Scholar by the Wine Scholar Guilt with Highest Honors and passed Level 3 by the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) with distinction. Ever since, Louisa is focused on wines beyond standard sommelier exams. She became an expert of rare grape varieties and lesser known wine regions. By founding Louisa’s Rare Wines, Louisa wants to share her passion for niche wines by creating a community wine enthusiast.

Wine is made in all five continents, even on some of the most remote islands, and there are more than 1300 grape varieties across the world.
